All payments for DJ drops and related services must be made in advance before production begins. The minimum price for a drop is KES 350, in line with industry standards and Ministry guidelines.
We do not offer cash refunds once a drop has been created. However, we may provide refinements or adjustments to ensure quality and satisfaction. This policy protects both our clients and our creative team.
All drops created by Drops-Kenya are original works. Clients receive usage rights for their commissioned drops, but Drops-Kenya retains creative ownership unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your personal information (such as name, contact details, and payment information) is handled with strict confidentiality. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where required by Kenyan law.
